Her specialization in community health education isn't just a career; it's a passion that she brings to life both in and outside the classroom. Beyond her academic role, Jenna' is the entrepreneurial spirit behind two successful ventures. She founded Get Out of Yourself, LLC, where she offers invigorating fitness workouts and enriching wellness workshops. Additionally, she demonstrates her business acumen as the founder of Reed Walia, LLC, a thriving land acquisition firm.Her excellence and dedication to education have not gone unnoticed. Jenna' has been honored as Adjunct Professor of the Year at Broward College and featured in NerdWallet.com's 40 Under 40 Professors Who Inspire list. She also made her mark as a runner-up for Professor of the Year at Broward College.
Jenna' is a lifelong learner, boasting an impressive academic portfolio with degrees from Florida State University (B.S. in Athletic Training), Florida Atlantic University (M.S. in Exercise Science/Health Promotion), and an M.B.A. from Lynn University.

Brady has worked for TEAMFL since 2016. Helping to revitalize the organization by doubling membership and adding programs to improve RIO for members. After working in the IT world for 17 years. Brady transitioned into the transportation industry as a Vice President with TEAMFL. Brady manages the operations, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial reporting for TEAMFL. In 2019 the board of directors promoted Brady to the Executive Director of TEAMFL. Under Brady’s leadership, TEAMFL has grown and expanded membership, services, and event participation offered to members. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Brady holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.

In our upcoming episode, we are thrilled to host a trailblazer in the drone technology industry, Steffanie Rivers. We will dive into Steffanie's unique journey in the drone industry, discuss her innovative work at TCB Drones, LLC, and learn about her vision for the future of drone technology. As the CEO of TCB Drones, LLC, Steffanie holds the distinction of being the first Black woman in Texas to own a drone technology company. An FAA-certified drone pilot, her firm offers a range of services from aerial inspections of infrastructure and creating 3-D digital models, to developing a drone curriculum aimed at educating the next generation of drone pilots.
When not engaged in contract work, Steffanie uses her drone expertise to capture breathtaking videos of North American skylines. These visuals have graced various platforms including movies, commercials, and other productions. Beyond her work with drones, Steffanie holds a Master's Degree in Journalism and Public Affairs, is a certified scuba diver, and an avid traveler. A proud NABWIC member since 2022, she embodies the spirit of innovation and adventure that drives our community forward.
