Zakiyyah Sheila Flagg owns Flagg Labor aka Capital Cleaning Services LLC in Union, NJ, a leading construction support and commercial cleaning firm. For over 15 years, Flagg Labor has supplied the New York and New Jersey tristate area's major projects with skilled tradesmen, including carpenters and safety flaggers. Notably, in November 2023, her team played a crucial role at Newark Airport's New Terminal A. Beyond business, Zakiyyah is dedicated to workforce reintegration, collaborating with the NJ Reentry Corporation to secure construction jobs for individuals exiting incarceration. Her impactful work has been recognized in NJ Biz magazine (2016) and the New Jersey Star Ledger, showcasing her commitment and the legacy she continues following her husband Joseph Flagg's passing in 2013.
A member of the National Association of Black Women in Construction, Zakiyyah is a distinguished leader aiming for continual growth in the construction sector.

Michelle Sandoval, currently the Director of Strategic Outreach and Engagement at Denver International Airport, specializes in identifying and overcoming barriers for underutilized businesses. With over twenty years in the construction industry, including a significant role at Swinerton Builders' Colorado Division, Michelle has extensive experience in business development, marketing, and community relations. She is known for her strategic planning in market development and diversification programs, as well as leading Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.
Former President of the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado Board, Michelle has been instrumental in rebranding and streamlining organization processes to support small businesses in construction. She is actively involved with multiple community organizations, holding a BA in Sociology and Social Services, along with professional certificates in Construction Management, Latino Leadership, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.

A Business Administration graduate from Florida National University, she’s worked with leading brands like Kellogg's and Microsoft and founded New Reign, LLC (The Adaora Group), specializing in event staffing, production, and marketing. Jennifer also established The Enrich Mint, a hub for entrepreneurs in Miami. With accolades including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award, she’s a certified facilitator and credit specialist. Her commitment extends to financial coaching, mentoring, and real estate development. A loving mother and wife, Jennifer balances her professional achievements with a passion for community service. Donna Berry, Deputy Director for Project Delivery and Chief Engineer at Caltrans since 2022, leads over 11,000 employees in managing California's transportation projects. With a Civil Engineering degree from UC Davis and over 25 years at Caltrans, her career spans multiple leadership roles, focusing on project management and stakeholder collaboration. An advocate for diversity in STEM, she is an active member of NSBE and WTS, where she was recognized as 2020's Woman of the Year. A licensed civil engineer in California, Donna exemplifies commitment to excellence and mentorship in the transportation sector. Donna will be recognized as NABWIC's Woman in the Spotlight during NABWIC's Billion Dollar Luncehon in Transportation Opportunities. The luncheon will be held virtually on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 11.30 am EST.
