Apostle Kelly is the founder of Truth Outreach International Ministries Incorporated in Tampa, Florida, where she currently serves as the senior pastor and the President of Excel Connection Preparatory School.
In 2010, Apostle Michelle Kelly founded the Empowering Disciples for Christ World Wide Ministries Inc. (EDFC). The purpose of this ministry is to impact kingdom structure and to identify the needs of the undeveloped body of Christ. EDFC’s focus is to equip and develop extensively the body for the establishment of kingdom assignments. She is the Apostle to many, including, but not limited to Restoration Deliverance Life Center in Pennsylvania and Sanctuary of Prayer and Praise Ministry located in Jamaica, and many more. Apostle is in partnership with India, where resources are provided to help orphanage homes and enable students to attend school.
Kelly is founder of Michelle Kelly Ministries where she travels extensively locally, nationally, and internationally to countries such as India, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and The Bahamas teaching and preaching.
Apostle Michelle Kelly is a native of the beautiful island of Jamaica.

Our guest - Rhonda Stevens Grayer is the President of W.T. Stevens Construction, Inc. Rhonda grew up in the business as her family has operated a successful construction company for the past 30 years. She was involved in all aspects of the family construction business at every level, from working in the field, to managing all of the business’ contracts and functions.
Continuing her father's legacy, Rhonda has successfully increased revenues from $750K to 10M. She has partnered and collaborated with Mott Community College and Metro Youth to provide training and skills enhancement for the youth of the City of Flint. Rhonda has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Accounting. Rhonda has worked for Lear Seating and Dura Automotive in the Finance Departments. She has twelve years of experience in financial analysis and 10 years of experience in project development and project management in a construction environment.

Young has extensive experience with work in Florida on projects for FDOT / County / City in Civil Engineering and all aspects of PD&E and Design of Urban and Rural Highways and general Infrastructure Projects. Our areas of expertise include, Roadway Geometry, Drainage, R/W Usage/Determination/Acquisition, Permitting, Construction Plan preparation, Spec Pkg preparation, Signal Design and Traffic Engineering Studies, QA/QC and Public?Involvement; with responsibilities of complete scope preparation, task definition, budget management, project management, quality assurance, quality control, estimating, and construction assistance and supervision. Work on projects for FDOT in Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 and the Turnpike.
EOR in the Design-Built arena for the first FDOT Design- Built project that included R/W acquisition in District 3 (The I-10 Rests Areas in Santa Rosa and Okaloosa Counties) and EOR of the project that won the recognition of the State as the most innovative project in 2004.

Trained as a Toxicology and Epidemiologist she has a unique 17-year background in communication, business development, and project management on multimillion dollar development projects. Her expertise as a Scientist and specialization in Housing has made me uniquely positioned to provide creative solutions to her clients. As Chief Executive Officer for Allen-Norris Permitting and Inspections, Ms Allen utilize her expertise in building code development, adoption, and enforcement to provides strategic leadership, collaborative engagement, and financial guidance for the company. Because of her passion for real estate development, Ms Allen also serves in a volunteer position as the President of the National Capital Area National Association of Black Women in Construction. In this role she provides advocacy, educational resources, specialized training, networking, and business development expertise to women-owned businesses in the construction industry.

Pamala L. McCoy is the CEO of BONA5D Credit Consultants, LLC. She received her BA-Business Management with a concentration in Economics from North Carolina State University (NCSU) in 1989.
Her career in the credit industry spans over 25+ years. During that time, she worked for three entities in the private label and banking arena {Sears Credit, Service Merchandise headquarters, and TCM Bank, N.A.}. In each of these organizations, she held various progressing positions. Her professional success in the workforce uniquely prepared her for her passion that is being fulfilled via BONA5DCC.
