Valencia Warren-Gibbs is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Network Logistical Solutions LLC (NLS). She always dreamed of owning her own business. She spent most of her career working for small to large corporations in a financial capacity throughout finance. It was not until she worked for woman-owned business (joint-venture) and working on a doctorate did she see a bigger picture. She now leverages her business background, ability to identify and manage “risk”, and accounting skills to achieve profitability and growth.
In 2014, inspired by doctoral studies of business while working for a woman owned business who started her business ventures off in trucking, she decided to start a trucking company. She has learned how to leverage her business into win-win partnerships and joint ventures. She uses her vision and leadership to build from trucking into business consulting, landscape property management, and human resources services. She understands that financial literacy and management is the catalyst in all industries of business. Once responsible for overseeing budget spending and billing to determine viability of the project through effective cost estimating and management has led her to take the risk for pursuing other business endeavors outside of trucking.
She helps companies build on his or her strengths from branding to seeking new customer opportunities. Her belief is to learn from the greats that have already done the work and understanding the importance of changing the mindset.
