NABWIC TALKS WITH ARNICE LAMB, NABWIC'S BILLION DOLLAR LUNCHEON "WOMAN IN THE SPOTLIGHT"
Mrs. Arnice Lamb is a manager of Supplier Diversity and supports the enterprise construction and professional services categories, as well as the Walt Disney Parks Resorts segment. She has been with the Company since February of 1991. Prior to joining Disney, Mrs. Lamb held a number of managerial positions with organizations such as Shiley, Inc., a division of Pfizer Inc.; Medtronic Cardiopulmonary, a division of Medtronic, Inc.; and Bard Cardiopulmonary, a division of C.R. Bard, Inc. For several years, Mrs. Lamb has been instrumental in the development, implementation and compliance of minority and women business enterprise (MWBE) programs.
Mrs. Lamb is a native of the state of Ohio. She attended Whiting College in Cleveland, where she received a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Later Mrs. Lamb completed extension courses in purchasing & material management at Fullerton College in Fullerton, CA, and contract administration at University of California, Irvine
An active participant in numerous organizations, Mrs. Lamb serves as chairwoman for the corporate advisory committees of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of California, Asian Business Association of Orange County. She also serves as corporate advisory to the Women Business Enterprise Council – West, National Association of Minority Contractors & Women Construction Owners & Executives, and the National Minority Supplier Development Council, among others.

NABWIC Talks with Nina Cook, Supply Chain Site Director at PepsiCo - Frito-Lay North America. Nina is a proven leader with broad functional experience and a track record of creative problem solving while motivating teams to achieve unprecedented results.
Nina has 15 years’ experience leading in diverse roles of increasing responsibility within Supply Chain, In Market Operations, and Change Management Projects. Currently leads a PepsiCo/Frito-Lay Plant of over 500 people to make and move products safely, efficiently, of the highest quality and delivering top tier service to our sales partners.She has supported and led teams in delivering volume growth and better than plan performance results while successfully executed major business changes inline startups, automation, and conversions. In addition, she is also affiliates of several business and networking organizations supporting the organization's Diversity & Inclusion agenda as part of the Network of Executive Women Leadership and National Women of Color Leadership team. She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Nina was also the recipient of a National Inclusion award with PepsiCo.
Nina holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Alabama A&M University and an MBA from the University of North Alabama. Nina has been married to her husband Cedric for 10 years and has a son Cedric Jr (CJ), daughter Chloe and dog Cod.

Last week, NABWIC Talks had the privilege of interviewing Chris Walton, Director of Transportation for the Broward County Transit, who was also the Keynote speaker for NABWIC's Billion Dollar Luncheon.
On Today's show, NABWIC Talks spotlights Inez Evans who was also introduced during last week's luncheon. Inez Evans was selected as IndyGo’s President and CEO in summer 2019. Evans began her transit career as a Customer Service Call Center Representative in the early 90’s and most recently served as a Chief Operating Officer for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA).

ABOUT OUR GUEST:
Christopher “Chris” Walton began his employment with Broward County in 2000 when he was appointed operations manager for Broward County Transit (BCT). In 2002, he was promoted to associate director responsible for overseeing bus operations and maintenance. In 2007, he was promoted to Department Director; the department includes the Fleet Services Division and the Transit Division. In 2010, BCT introduced new express bus service to downtown Miami, the first inter-county express bus service provided by the agency, and in 2012 new bus service along I-595 to the downtowns in Fort Lauderdale and Miami began. In December 2011, the Department launched the nation’s first countywide Bike Share Program, Broward B-Cycle. In 2015, BCT introduced the largest alternative fueled (propane autogas) paratransit fleet in the nation. Current initiatives include the introduction of electric buses into the County’s fleet and the regional fare collection system in collaboration with Tri-Rail, Miami-Dade Transit, and Palm Tran.
