Special Guest host, Aida Smith conducts interviews with three exceptional young ladies who will be receiving recognition with awards and scholarships. Aida is a seasoned finance and compliance professional, with more than thirty years of exceptional experience in Accounting, Capital Assets, Construction Accounting, Today Aida is a Certified Fraud Examiner, and a Certified Construction Auditor.
Our special guests and awardees are:
1. Asianna Livingston -- Recipient of the President's Lifetime achievement award - 18 years old - part of KOP Mentoring Network, previously attended IMA and Better Investing Investing conference, previously participated in the CLIMB Investment summer program.
2. Jade Gibbs - Recipient of the Rosa Parks Scholarship Award for exceptional community service and due diligence from the Rosa Parks Scholarship Foundation.
3. Jasmin Collins - Recipient of the President's Lifetime achievement award. Jasmin a Sr. at Florida State University (FSU), she will graduate May 2023. Jasmin is from Delray Beach, Florida. Daughter of Aida Smith/ Florida Nabwic member. Jasmin will receive a degree in Clinical Psychology. Jasmin will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from Joseph R. Biden for exceptional community service and due diligence. Jasmin has volunteered with Big Sister Little Sister, KOP Mentoring Network, Bethesda Health Hospital, and the Humane Society.

Carol Reese has worked for over 20 years in the business sector. She is an avid business advocate, motivator, business strategist and owner of ReeSources, Inc. . ReeSources, Inc. has consultants, facilitators and data scientists who work together to transform static data into animated, interactive, and intelligent business applications, we use technology to move businesses forward. Carol has developed business relationships, small business alliances, and assisted in supplier diversity programs. She has also created Strategy N Motion Platform to guide businesses to their next level. Carol's personal goal to demystify the Digital Transformation process for small businesses. Carol is currently serving as 2022- President of Transportation DBE Advisory Council (TDAC); and a member of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners, as well as being actively involved in several other organizations including NABWIC.

NABWIC's Atlanta Chapter member, Joscelin Mackey is a Qualification (NCIDQ) certified designer and is a State of Georgia registered interior designer. This authorizes her to stamp and seal non-structural permit drawings in the State of Georgia. Joscelin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and over 14 years of interior design and project management experience working for some of Atlanta’s most distinguished and award-winning interior design and architectural firms.
She also has 13 years of banking and finance experience. These experiences give Joscelin a unique perspective on projects that she manages.
She is passionate about using her experience designing high-end senior living and hospitality projects to enhance the experience of healthcare patience and those who are committed to their service.

Ms. Iranetta J. Dennis is the Supplier Diversity Director with the Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX). As the director she is responsible for implementing CFX’s Supplier Diversity Policy and programs. She has 24 years in state government in which 17 has been in areas of program development for small, minority and women owned business enterprises.
Ms. Dennis has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and B.A. Degree in Business Administration as well as acquiring her certification as a Master Compliance Administrator. Ms. Dennis has been acknowledged for her contributions and support of small, minority and women owned business enterprises. Through her career, her primary objective has been to transition small, minority and women owned businesses from the role of subcontractors to sustainable prime contractors in the community.
