As a NABWIC Member and as a remarkable entrepreneur, with experience gained working as an accountant for the federal government, Twyla started her first business in 1996 providing bookkeeping services. In 2000, she founded and sold in 2016 IME, a successful Homeland Security Managing Consulting firm. She now is the founder of Growth Management Services (GMS), a Construction Program Management Firm with revenues of over one million dollars within three years of opening, and Integrated Responders Group (IRG), a Full Services Independent Claims Management Firm. Twyla is known for her notable (oftentimes 100% self-funded) business deals, and she strives to provide excellent opportunities for individuals faced with immense personal and social challenges, especially related to abuse. At GMS, she seeks out the homeless and ex-offenders for a second chance and offers them full-time sustainable work.

Gerald Barnes has 30 + years of experience in logistics and Supply Chain at all levels of building operations. As a new member, Gerald has proved very supportive of the NABWIC organization and serves on various national committees such as Marketing and Communications. He is a member of the NCR or Washington, DC Area of NABWIC and has a passion for building connections and relationships between people and organizations.
Blair Lamar Thomas is a former professional American footbal running back in the NFL for the NY Jets, New England Patriots, Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons and Carolina Panthers.

Owner and Consultant of Dinahsty's Consulting Services, Ms. Mason is also currently the manager of the Equal Business Opportunity Office and is the Administrator of the Jacksonville Small Emerging Business Program (JSEB). This position requires management of the EBO Office (EBO) and implementing/monitoring the JSEB program which consists of breaking larger contracts into smaller components, working with Departments to review budgets and set proper goals in accordance with city ordinances as well as establishing Project specific goals that are adequate for current JSEB’s .She has been working at the forefront of Jacksonville’s progression through developing recommendations and implementing practices as a brand for the City to promote and deliver economic growth and community revitalization by bringing a strong Small Business Program that effect change through small business development. In addition, she is a Supreme Court Certified County & Family Law Mediator and Florida Supreme Court Approved Qualified Arbitrator. She is also a member of the Leadership Council of the National Small Business Association and a member of Leadership Jax Class ‘2021. She holds a Master of Art in Counseling from Webster University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College, and an AA degree in Paralegal Studies.

The show is worth repeating as our hosts were able to get up close and personal with Ms. Kelley who has more than 30 years of experience in executive transportation management, helping shape national, state and local policy. In 2014, she was named the Central Florida Expressway Authority’s (CFX) first executive director, managing the daily operations of the agency’s 125-mile expressway system and $4 billion-dollar five-year work plan. Under her leadership, the agency has adopted a “Customer First” philosophy leading to innovative programs such as the expansion of customer services by opening drive-up Reload Lanes on expressways, piloting the Visitor Toll Pass Program in partnership with the Orlando International Airport, and saving commuters millions of dollars through toll discounts.
