Catherine L. Hall is an esteemed authority in empowering women in male-dominated industries. With over 28 years of experience as a licensed home inspector, Catherine has made a significant impact in the residential renovation industry. She is the founder and executive director of the National Association of FHA Consultants, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals in the industry. Catherine is also an accomplished author, with three books in the residential real estate genre, including her upcoming release, "The Cracks Are Showing: How to Break Through to Success as a Woman in Male-Dominated Industries." Her expertise and insights have been featured in Forbes.com, Entrepreneur, THINK Magazine, and she has appeared on WPVI 6 Action News. Catherine's passion for education and information has driven her to develop training programs and coaching initiatives, including the 203k in a Box consultant certification system.. Ebony Sullivan, is a keynote speaker and business strategist. With a background in business and corporate leadership, her career expands over several industries including government, real estate and construction to name a few. Ebony worked her way up from an entry-level position to earn her seat at the C-Suite table. She is the Chief Operating Officer for Cassy Electric, her family-owned and operated business, here, Ebony leads a team in serving the southern region with electrical services and maintenance. She earned her BA in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University. She has received numerous awards and certifications as a business strategist and for leadership. Her strong background in learning, development, and managing teams makes her the perfect fit to help companies execute their strategic goals.
As a philanthropist, she also serves on several boards and councils to bring her gifts and talents in developing and enhancing her community. A wife, mother, and fiercely competitive basketball fan, Ebony enjoys spending time with her family, and close friends

In the Office of Career Services, she guides students, including her own children, Evelyn, a sophomore, and Trey, a senior, on their professional paths. With expertise in strategic planning, she utilizes Artificial Intelligence, creativity, and resilience to enhance organizational capacity. Lisa's passion for creative expression led her to establish Soul X Sighted Creative Journeys, where she crafts personalized poetry and provides inspiration for special occasions and offering solace in times of grief. Committed to empowering the next generation of servant leaders, she collaborates with organizations to implement innovative strategic plans, advocating for those overcoming life's obstacles

Yolonda Higdon is the CEO of HH Logistics Planning, LLC. She is a minority-business owner who takes a life-cycle approach to facility requirements with complementary services, including environmental impact studies, building information modeling (BIM), schedule risk analysis, and construction management. In February 2023, she was featured on iHeart Radio on their M&T Banks CEO’s You Should Know podcast segment. With over 30 years of experience managing construction and relocation projects, she assists clients in moving seamlessly from existing to newly constructed and renovated facilities.

Mark G. Banks is a senior official with over 18 years of Federal Service and over 36 years of experience as a senior project executive and official leading strategic construction management projects in the National Capital Region and around the country. In this interview Mark recalls the legacy and heritage he recieved from his mother Wanda J. Banks, a mom in construction and a titan in the construction industry. Wanda J. Banks-Schrock founded WJB and Associates, a multifaceted General Construction and consulting company, Prior to founding WJB and Associates, Mrs. Banks-Shrock was employed in S3 (Systems, Science and Software). A serial entrepreneur, she established a record shop, maintenance company, nightclub restaurants, and was a live entertainment promoter. She lived life on her own terms, constantly reinventing herself. Her “let’s get it done” attitude earned her much respect in the world of business.

We celebrate Mothers during the month of May and this month NABWIC is talking with amazing Moms in Construction. Today's podcast features Fashion Welder, Lashanna Lintamo. Welding is not only a profession for Lashanna but also a part of her heritage. Her grandfather was a self-taught welder during the World War II era, while her distant great-grandfather was a blacksmith welder in the slave trade. Lashanna has continued her family legacy of welders and pipefitters by disassembling World War II ships in Mare Island Vallejo, California, where her great-grandmother initially helped build.
The creation of The Fashion Welder was intended to take a bold stance in support of women's equality in the skilled trades. Lashanna firmly believes that this world belongs to all of us, not just men, and that women's contributions are essential to our shared history

Prior to joining AMAC as President and CEO, Eboni Wimbush most recently served as the Deputy Director of the Baltimore City Mayor’s Office of Children & Family Success. She was responsible for advancing all of the work across the agency including building and implementing the strategies and systems to operationalize the City’s $100 million eviction prevention program
In January 2020, Jesus H. Saenz Jr., IAP, was appointed to serve as the city’s Director of Airports. In this role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the San Antonio Airport System, made up of San Antonio International Airport (SAT) and Stinson Municipal Airport.
Karen W. Ellis serves as the Chief Customer Experience Officer for the San Antonio Airport System (SAAS) which comprises San Antonio International Airport and Stinson Municipal Airport.
