Cheryl Porter is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Great Lakes Water Authority's Water and Field Services Area where she oversees five water treatment facilities and water transmission to the Authority's member partner communities, ensuring GLWA’s water consistently meets and exceeds all quality standards and regulations.
Ms. Porter is an active member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA). Since joining AWWA in 2005, Cheryl has been an active volunteer with AWWA and the Michigan Section of AWWA on various committees and has assumed leadership roles such as the MI-AWWA Board Trustee, AWWA Director-at-Large and AWWA Vice President Board roles. In January 2023, Cheryl was elected by the AWWA Board of Directors in becoming the current AWWA President-Elect. In 2017, Crain's Detroit Business recognized her as one of Detroit's Women in Leadership.

Robin Thorne is a chemical engineer, and advocate for women in nontraditional careers. In 2009 she started CTI, a firm providing engineering, environmental, safety and construction management services and currently serves as the CEO. CTI has held contracts with the U.S. Dept of Forestry, U.S. Dept. of Justice, FAA, nonprofit corporations, utilities, higher ed and Fortune 500 companies. Thorne uses her platform as a business owner to uplift others and loves to speak to aspiring entrepreneurs about the endless possibilities that exist if they’re willing to push past the obstacles. In 2019, after demolishing a federal prison, she started DemoChicks, a nonprofit corporation introducing girls to nontraditional careers. DemoChicks conducts hands-on workshops for students in K-12, offers scholarships and mentoring to college students and honors women in the community. She is a native of Philadelphia, a mother of one, a graduate of Drexel University and currently resides in Long Beach, California

With over 28 years of experience as a licensed home inspector, Catherine has made a significant impact in the residential renovation industry. She is the founder and executive director of the National Association of FHA Consultants, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals in the industry. Catherine is also an accomplished author, with three books in the residential real estate genre, including her upcoming release, "The Cracks Are Showing: How to Break Through to Success as a Woman in Male-Dominated Industries." Ebony Sullivan, is a keynote speaker and business strategist. With a background in business and corporate leadership, her career expands over several industries including government, real estate and construction to name a few. Ebony worked her way up from an entry-level position to earn her seat at the C-Suite table. She is the Chief Operating Officer for Cassy Electric, her family-owned and operated business, here, Ebony leads a team in serving the southern region with electrical services and maintenance. She earned her BA in Business Administration from Southern Wesleyan University. She has received numerous awards and certifications as a business strategist and for leadership. Her strong background in learning, development, and managing teams makes her the perfect fit to help companies execute their strategic goals.
As a philanthropist, she also serves on several boards and councils to bring her gifts and talents in developing and enhancing her community. A wife, mother, and fiercely competitive basketball fan, Ebony enjoys spending time with her family, and close friends

She is a minority-business owner who takes a life-cycle approach to facility requirements with complementary services, including environmental impact studies, building information modeling (BIM), schedule risk analysis, and construction management.
