Stacy Blakley is a professional licensed civil engineer and is the founder and owner of Douglas Consulting Group. With 22 plus years of experience in civil site design and transportation engineering,  her experience includes building client relationships, managing and designing residential, commercial, airport, and government projects. In April 2020, Stacy launched her own small business as owner and founder of Douglas Consulting Group in Atlanta, Georgia.
