
Chris Barlow, P.E., CDT Project Manager and Process Design Engineer Mr. Barlow is an experienced project manager and design engineer that has focused his practice on the analysis and design of municipal water utility projects, primarily in southeast Florida, since 2001. This experience has developed through the execution of numerous drinking water, wastewater, and water reclamation projects. These projects include the successful completion of numerous rehabilitation and new designs of pump station installations | pipeline projects, | water treatment and supply projects;hydraulic modeling and master planning of water distribution and wastewater collection systems;permitting, construction observations, construction administration, and final regulatory certification of these projects. Chris graduated from the University of Florida in 1998, with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. He received a pre-engineering Associates in Art from Gulf Coast Community College, after an enlistment in the US Navy. Chris has been married to his wife Cindy, since 2000. They have two teenagers, Kyle and Kayla that attend Jupiter Community High School.
