NABWIC Talks From Jobsite to Leadership: The Shereece Grant Story
In this episode of NABWIC Talks, we welcome Shereece Grant, Project Controls Manager at Holt Construction, who brings over 15 years of expertise in the AEC industry. A powerful advocate for mentorship and inclusion, Shereece’s work extends far beyond the jobsite. From leading Holt’s Women of Holt employee resource group to mentoring young women through NYC Services, Rising Stars, and Tools & Tiaras Inc., she’s empowering the next generation of builders. Shereece's dedication to service, equity, and outreach—particularly to underserved and displaced youth—is helping redefine what leadership and access look like in construction. Her hands-on work, like hosting the Tools & Tiaras summer camp at JFK’s Terminal 4, showcases her belief that “Jobs Don’t Have Genders” and that every young person deserves a pathway to success.
